Awesome! Keep on trucking... weight loss
I started my weight loss journey May 2018 and here I am today. So many tears and struggles along the way. But I'm thankful to have made it this far. 34 lbs more to go! Let me see ur side by side weight loss pics!!!


2 to 3 hours workouts 5 days a week(zumba, brutal hiit Cardio and strength training videos all done at home). Portion sized my food, no seconds. No strict diet. Dranked only water. From time to time i drink green tea. But that's it.
