Create a calorie deficit. Find out your maintenance weight by using a free app like MyNetDiary or MyFitnessPall and keep in mind that 1lbs is equal to 3500 calories so if you remove 500 calories from your daily calorie intake, you will automatically lose about 1lbs per week even if you dont exercise at all(you should if you can,


it will make you lose more than just one pound per week) Exemple: Lets say that your maintenance weight is 2000calories so you manage to eat 1500 calories per day and that is 1lbs off. I lost 50lbs since novermber just by creating a calorie deficit and exercise made me loose faster and not have flappy saggy skin. Just beleive in what you cant see yet
