I still have a long way to go and wow it has not been easy. Starting weight 225lb. Current weight 188lbs. Goal weight 154lbs. I tried so many things for years any nothing was shifting but I'm losing a nice healthy 1-2lbs weekly and I'm super proud of the way I'm going. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes alot of hard work but the results are worth it ❤
I was previously and wasnt getting anywhere at the time. I'm currently healthy eating and it's working a treat. I will eventually go to the gym as I really enjoy it but this is working for me right now. I want to lose a little more and then start to tone up :) x
