This is me so far this year I have lost 26.5kgs by changing up my diet and adding regular exercise. I definitely know how you feel. 

Some days I look in the mirror and still see that 141kg person looking back at me so progress photos are definitely a reminder of how far I have come. Hoping to be under 100kgs before the end of 2018.
