It’s crazy how I didn’t really realize how big I was in the first pic
until I put it beside the second pic. Honestly, this weight loss was
with inconsistency. I kept starting and stopping. I can’t help but
wonder how much more would have been gone had I been consistent. Im so
proud of myself. I cried because majority of my life i’ve been
struggling with my weight.
I
workout like once a month (honestly) however, 98% of the time my drink
choice is water. I don’t eat after 8 most times my last meal is consumed
around 5/5:30 ish, I don’t park close to buildings anymore, I dance in
my room Lol, if I have to bend down and pick up something I tighten up
my stomach as if I was working out. I eat grapefruit (makes me use the
bathroom), and that’s all I can think of right now.
