It is the combination of sport and a healthy and balanced diet that will allow you to obtain a well defined body. To do this, you need to focus on proteins, fruits and vegetables. For example eggs, fish, dried fruits... You should also focus on the consumption of complex carbohydrates found in pasta, rice, whole grains, peas, green beans, nuts, all red fruits etc... The body assimilates them more slowly than simple carbohydrates, i.e. refined products such as white bread, white sugar etc....


Complex carbohydrates are a regular energy source for the day, unlike simple carbohydrates that promote fat storage. Try to avoid industrial, processed, often too salty and sweet food for your body as much as possible. Instead, consume what grows directly in nature, before undergoing any transformation. Also remember to hydrate regularly throughout the day but also before, during and after exercise.
