Working from all the different angles is no problem for a muscle group such as pectorals since it is common to do the exercises flat, inclined and declined, but it is less obvious for the other muscle groups. By varying the grips and the positions of the hands and feet, you are sure to work the muscle differently.


Solution: let's take the back as an example. Since machine drawing is very similar to horizontal drawing, do not do these two exercises in the same session, unless you adopt a tight grip for one and a wide grip for the other. In that case, you could do both.
For the biceps, since these muscles are used at the same angle with the bar and dumbbells, diversify the angle of attack a little by doing your curl with dumbbells on an inclined bench.
