I have an important story to share. I would love for you to read it. πŸ–€
The first gym I went to when I started losing weight was located on the second floor of a grocery store. It was a small gym and you had to climb about twenty steps to get to it. On my first day, I had to stop in the middle of the stairs to breathe. I remember looking at the grocery store in shame. People were watching and I felt like they were judging me. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't even climb the stairs that I thought: why try? I almost turned around and went home that day. In fact, I even started down the stairs. But I stopped and turned around. Go forward. I went upstairs and did my first workout. It wasn't easy, but I did it. I really have no idea where I would be if I gave up that day.

I can't speak to anyone's experience other than my own, but I do know that I was once a scared 22-year-old girl struggling with food addiction on a daily basis, was probably prediabetic and couldn't even climb a flight of stairs. .

I've come a long way and you can do it too, not just in terms of your body, but your life as well. You have ONE life. Fight for what you want. πŸ–€
