Well ladies... after 2 yrs training, calorie counting and following my nutrition plan (99% of the time). I finally lost over 30kg gifted to me through child birth and lack of self care! I'm no athlete or pro by any standard. I'm just striving for a healthier mind and body.
So, the next step was to make a plan to remove excess skin and fat that I was unable to budge on my own. At 60kg, I was going to Thailand to have a mummy makeover ...then COVID hit and the plan unravelled. So, on 27th August I had abdominoplasty and after my 6 weeks of healing, I plan to do a Maxine's body challenge to hopefully feel a little more body confident in time for summer.
