Never ever give up !!!! It is possible , you can do it .... will it be
easy ? no.....is it worth it ? Absolutely!!!!!! I am not perfect and all
I knew in the beginning was I was tired of where I was at an feeling
like that so I was going to try an give it everything I got and to my
surprise it WAS good enough 
Dug my graduation dress out of the wardrobe yesterday. 50lbs down!
