137 Pounds Down and Still Going: A Journey of Strength and Determination

Just a little article to say hi and that I’m still here trying to reach my goals!!
Hi everyone! Just popping in to say hello and let you know I’m still here, working hard to reach my goals. The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially lost 137 pounds! It’s been an incredible transformation, both physically and mentally.

While I’m currently at a bit of a stall, I’m not letting it bring me down. Progress isn’t always linear, and I’ve learned to celebrate every small victory along the way. What keeps me going is knowing how far I’ve come and how much stronger and healthier I feel with each passing day.

If you’re on your own journey, whether it’s weight loss, building strength, or improving your overall well-being, I want you to know that you’re not alone. There will be challenges and moments where it feels like nothing is happening, but trust me—those are the times when perseverance matters most.


Remember, if I can do this, so can you! It’s all about consistency, self-compassion, and the belief that you are capable of achieving amazing things. Take it one day at a time, and don’t be afraid to celebrate the little milestones along the way.
