"Six months and 42 pounds down! 💙 I can’t believe how far I’ve come already. Let’s go!! I’ve finally found my groove again, and it feels incredible. Fasting has become second nature to me—it’s like my body just knows what to do now. It wasn’t easy at first, but staying consistent has paid off in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Meal prepping has been a total game-changer this time around. Taking the time to plan my meals for the week has helped me stay on track, avoid temptation, and save so much time during the week. It’s one of the best habits I’ve picked up, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone trying to stay consistent.


I’m officially halfway to my first big goal of getting to 199 pounds! That’s been a number I’ve dreamed of for so long, and I’m finally getting closer. It’s not just about the scale, though—I’m feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident every day. Seeing the progress has motivated me to keep pushing, even on the tough days when it feels like the journey is taking forever.

I’m learning to celebrate the small victories along the way. It’s not just about the end goal; it’s about enjoying the process and realizing how far I’ve already come. I’m so proud of myself for sticking with it, and I can’t wait to see what the next six months bring.
