At 43 years old, Lisa realized her health was deteriorating rapidly. At 320 pounds, everyday tasks felt daunting, and she often struggled with joint pain, fatigue, and low self-esteem. Determined to change, Lisa embarked on a transformative weight loss journey.

Her advice for others? “Start small, celebrate every win, and don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. You’re stronger than you think.”
