Day 152 and feeling stronger every day! I started this journey at 333 pounds, and today, I’m down to 285 pounds—48 pounds gone! My goal is to reach 233 pounds, and while I still have a way to go, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.
This journey hasn’t been about perfection. It’s been about showing up for myself every day, even when the scale moves slowly or life gets in the way. Progress isn’t always fast, but it’s happening, and that’s what matters. I remind myself that every pound lost is a victory, every workout is a step forward, and every healthy choice is an investment in my future.
More than just the numbers, I feel better—more energetic, more confident, and more in control of my health. Clothes fit differently, movement feels easier, and I see changes in the mirror that remind me why I started. I’ve learned to be patient and trust the process.
If there’s one thing I’d tell anyone on this journey, it’s this: Don’t give up on yourself. Keep going, even when it feels slow. Because progress is still progress, and every step forward adds up. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m getting there, and I know I’ll make it.
