💪 I did the thing!
188 lbs down—and maintaining! For the first time in forever, I feel in control of myself and my journey. This transformation has been life-changing in so many ways, and now that I’m in a comfortable place, I feel ready to be vulnerable and share my story.
Looking back, the road wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, setbacks, and times when progress felt so slow. But through it all, I kept going. I found strength I didn’t know I had, and I’m so proud of the person I’ve become—not just physically, but mentally too.

I couldn’t have done this without the incredible support and inspiration I found along the way. The weight loss groups, communities, and accounts I followed played such a big role in keeping me motivated. Seeing others share their wins, struggles, and advice helped me realize I wasn’t alone—and that my goals were possible.
Now, I hope to be that person for someone else. Whether you’re just starting, stuck in a plateau, or struggling to believe in yourself, know this: you are capable of amazing things. Small steps add up. Patience and consistency will take you further than you think.
This isn’t just about the weight—it’s about reclaiming your power, finding accountability, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things.
