The last 20 pounds to lose are so slow , it took 2 months to lose 4 pounds 😞 what am i doing wrong ?
I’ve went from 215 to 70 since May, I was doing keto ! I’m 22 years old and I have PCOS. I’ve only lost 40lbs since February. Is this normal? I feel like it’s not enough. I know the pcos slows it down but I feel that so many people are losing so much weight so much faster. Progress photo for attention.

Flexibility training is a form training designed to increase range of motion of joints and lengthen muscles. Flexibility training is beneficial for reducing injury risk and enhancing overall functional movement.
