Everytime I think about giving up
Everytime my I’llnesses knock me down for a week I’m reminded that this keeps happening and I’ve still made so much progress.
11 months difference 130 lbs gone
Combination of cardio 5 times a week
(Walking dogs, playing sport hiking)
And weights 5 times a week
(Lifting heavy for around 45 minutes)


High protein
No eating after dinner
Lots of water
Lots of growth.
Feeling like my set back with my bowel problems this week is just a tiny bump compared to what I’ve been through and what I’ve achieved
SW 328lbs (149kg)
CW 195lbs (89kg)
GW 160lbs- and healthy just really really healthy.
