Testosterone is responsible in assisting the muscle growth which a woman

depends on their effort and training. If they have an effective training
and supplementation program, then they can fully build large female
biceps. Though it is recommended not to over train, because then your
muscles will not grow. So just try 2 types of bicep exercises each with 3
sets of 8 - 10 reps such as :
1. One arm dumbbell preacher curls
2. One arm concentration curl
If you are able to train more than 10 reps afterward, just add more weights to force muscle growth. You can always strive to work harder to get that fine-tune and improvement. And you can always add more weight and reduce the reps. when you already reach a point where improvements are showing, you'll discover some better bicep workouts and muscle growth techniques. Take note that when you are doing some curls constantly give attention to your movements towards your head. Avoid tweaking or moving the elbows, and if you can feel the burn on the biceps meaning your curl correctly.
