Weight loss, losing 126lbs to go from 266 to 140
Been a while since I posted a progress picture. Five months maintaining after losing 126lbs to go from 266 to 140... I've figured out that fluctuations of 3 to 4 pounds either way are normal for me. I'm also noticing how specific foods affect me better than when I was losing weight.


I've also figured out that my best fast cycle is based on my circadian rhythm so I'm really liking sun cycle fasting! I do my window around 7am-2pm these days. (I'm 37 and 5'9, two young children, lost 126 lbs in 15 months doing 16 to 48 hr fasts)
