Jull Mills was born on March 2, 1972 in Indiana (United States) and was world champion in athletic strength (powerlifting in English) in 2003, a strength sport close to weightlifting.

She dominated all the female athletic strength rankings between 1997 and 2005:

    Most muscular woman in the world in 2001 and 2002,
    Third most muscular woman in the world in 2005,
    Strongest living woman in the world in 2004,
    First in many athletic strength competitions in the United States.

Initially a bodybuilding practitioner between 1993 and 1995, she turned to athletic strength from 1996. Unbeaten, she will be world champion twice before being named the strongest North American female athlete of the year 1997.
