Weight loss, I’m in the 140s. I no longer have high blood pressure
I started my healthy living journey July 2017, at my HW: 231, 35 years old.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure after I went to the doctor about heart palpitations. I left that doctors appointment devastated and scared but it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. I used to give up easily when the scale didn’t cooperate. This time I knew I had to keep going no matter what.

I tracked what I ate. Eventually started going to the gym consistently then consistently AND frequently.


I’m in the 140s. I no longer have high blood pressure. I fell in love with myself, taking care of myself, and working out. Earlier this year I won a 6-month unlimited membership to a Fit Body Boot Camp a minute from my house so I go to class 5 days a week and still go to the gym as much as I can.

I just turned 38 and I’m in better shape now than I ever was in my teens & 20s.
