Weight loss, WHAT MADE ME CHANGE 👇👇
🌀 Realize that I lived to eat and discouraged any and all feelings in the food: It could be joy or sadness, everything was rewarded with a lot of food 😌

🌀 Look at me in the mirror and not love what I was seeing or feel like getting ready !! Wear only leggings and loose blouses because nothing dressed me well! I didn't have a chance to choose the clothes I liked, I always had to buy the ones that fit me! 😌

🌀Live wearing HUGE KNITTED DRESSES, always with shorts underneath
Otherwise the thighs would roast

🌀 Hearing about me as a FAT BEAUTIFUL FACE ... or THAT WELL FAT MATHEMATICS TEACHER !!! .

🌀 STOP LOVING ME.


🌀 CHEST PAIN from wanting to change, knowing what I needed, but I didn't have the strength!

🌀 DO NOT HAVE THE COURAGE TO USE A BIKINI!

🌀 I FEEL FULLY SUFFOCATED when I needed to share the bus seat with someone 😭

🌀 I wanted to get out of the bath and be able to WRAP IN A TOWEL, but it didn't fit 😭😭😭😭
