I have just upped my protein, eaten really clean small meals and I excercise 45 minutes a day; sometimes 90 minutes
( I play sport and lift heavy)

Happy Thursday from Australia !

Here’s some things I’m going to try the next week....

Stop saying
I have ten more kilos to loose untill I’ll be happy
I will get there eventually
I will do that once I weigh....
I’m on a diet
I shouldn’t rest
I’m lazy
That’s too hard
I’ve never done that, I shouldn’t
I don’t know if I can do that
I don’t know if I can wear that yet
You could probably find someone fitter
I wasn’t as good as the others.
I’m slow.


And start saying

I have goals!
Look how wonderful I look!
I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!
I’m eating healthier these days!
I’ve been fueling my body with good food!
Let’s do it!
I’m excited!
I need to rest today.
I’ll give that a go.
This is how I’m feeling.
I tried my best.
I might need some help or advice.
I love this; I’m wearing it.
I feel beautiful.
I would love to do that.
Every step I take counts.
I’m trying my hardest.
I gave it my all.
I’m getting fitter everyday

My goals today
Fast till 12
Drink 2L of water
Only have one coffee
Do chest session
Netball
Walk dogs
Do something randomly kind
