Weight loss, Exercise and eat to fuel your body
I have been on a weightloss journey for years, a bunch of yo yo diets and a recovering bulmic. I started my journey and lost weight through WW and going to the gym 7 days a week multiple times. Then I struggled with bad depression when I got diagnosed with thryoid. I ballooned back up more weight then I wanted to. Then one day I woke up and wanted to get healthy for myself no one else. I got vsg because I tried everything from weightloss pills,


weight watchers and unfortunately event extreme dieting and restricting, which doesn’t work and I had enough. Finally I did some research and decided it was the best for me and it's changed my life for the better. I wanted to be able to walk into a store and not go into the plus size and hate myself anymore. I want to motivate young girls to love who they are at any size. Starting Tip: Enjoy the journey not the destination and don't let the scale on the number define who you are as a person.
