Weight loss, Keep up the hard work it is paying off :

Weight loss, Keep up the hard work it is paying off
That I’ve been struggling with my weight. By age 22 I weighed 252lbs and was prescribed high blood pressure medication. I was lethargic, miserable, and always out of breath. By 23 I weighed the heaviest I had EVER weighed (272lbs). I was completely disgusted with myself and knew a permanent change NEEDED to be made. I started my weight loss journey on March 25th 2019. My goal was to lose 20lbs before my birthday (April 15th). I REFUSED to turn 24 weighing 272lbs.

I met that goal and many other goals as well by eating a low carb & low sugar diet. Since I’ve started my journey, I’ve lost over 50 lbs. I no longer have high blood pressure & I have sooo much more energy. I still have a ways to go before hitting my goal weight, but I’m looking forward to what’s ahead.

I’m honestly embarrassed by how much I had let myself go. It took a lot of courage for me to make this article. I’m not posting this to brag by any means but to hopefully INSPIRE others. I hope people see my journey and see that it is possible. If I can do it, you can DEFINITELY do it.
