2. Be patient. Results for girl bodybuilding will not come overnight. Give yourself 6-8 weeks to see a transformation in your physique to take place.

3. Eat Right! Some people say "Bodybuilding is 70% diet". While that figure is not scientifically backed up, the point trying to be made is that a lot of your results will depend on whether or not your eating is on track.


4. Listen to Your Body! If your body is feeling weak or you instinctively feel you need extra rest, then take it. Listening to your body will prevent injury and only aid in rest and recovery.

6. Rest. Your body grows during rest, not during your time in the gym. Your workouts will stimulate your muscles and set the stage for growth. But the actual muscle growth will occur during your rest periods. So it's very important to have "off days" away from the gym to allow that growth to occur.
