Weight loss, Of course I struggle, I just don’t quit
“Of course I struggle, I just don’t quit.”

Even though I’m at goal, I still find myself struggling so many times. This lady few weeks I had to just keep pushing through it even tho I had no desire in that moment to fix it. I knew eventually I would. And guess what? Now I’ve been back on track, made excellent choices this week, made the small changes that add up instead of thinking “𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐢𝐟 𝐈’𝐦 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐥” I had the opposite attitude of “𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘧 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘭 𝘐 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘵”.⁣


In the past I always took a 2 week struggle as a sign of failure and would just give up. Now I just work through it knowing quitting isn’t an option and eventually it clicks again. ⁣

I feel like the more we normalize struggles and phases and how it’s totally okay to not want to stay on track every single day the rest of your life, the more people will realize they don’t have to give up.
