I recall Mike giving a 50cal budget to maintain a fast. Consuming 1.2g of fish oil would only be 10.8 cal which would not be enough to evoke a significant insulin spike therefore keeping you in a fasted state. Should be fine but wouldn’t want to be getting any fishy related burps or reflux during your workout. I’d switch timing but I think you’ll be fine either way.

I’m currently working out in the mornings in a fasted state trying to lose some stubborn fat. This was the choice I made after listening to one of Mike’s podcast about how fasted training and cardio can help burn stubborn fat. So I have a post-workout shake afterwards. I guess I could put it in that next time? I’m just so used to taking my pills in the morning with my coffee.
