When I was 150 pounds overweight these are some of the very real issues that I had👇🏻
Today, I want to remind you why fighting for your health is so important!

When I was 150 pounds overweight these are some of the very real issues that I had👇🏻

🔸I had very high blood pressure all the time, I was always scared to go to the doctor because I knew they would talk to me about how out of control my blood pressure was.
🔸I was insulin resistant, my blood sugar was always out of whack, that left me feeling really crappy most of the time.
🔸My joints hurt so bad, I felt like I had to warm up for 20 minutes every morning just to get my body moving without pain.
🔸Severe inflammation
🔸I was out of breath doing simple things like walking up the stairs.
🔸My anxiety was really high, some weekends I’d spend all weekend in bed because that’s all I could muster.

For me, those extra pounds were directly tied to all of those health issues that I struggled with on a daily basis. Losing the weight was so much less about the size of my body and much more about the quality of life I’m finally able to live💗

I am so thankful every single day that I get to do life in a healthy body. That’s why I stay consistent, why I show up for myself, even when I don’t feel like it.

You are beautiful and worthy in this moment, just as you are. But If you struggle with health issues like I once did, I hope you never stop fighting for yourself💗
