How a Bodybuilder Can Develop an Athletic Physique

So how does one attain an athletic looking physique in the body building gym?

Simple. The following ten tips will just do that. If followed keenly the ten tips will make you a sex appeal magnate, male or female, it doesn't matter.

First set apart a corner, room or shack if you like and designate it as the home gym. You can exclusively work out there or complement it with a gym membership. It is your home that you should drive your body wild with aerobics and athletic stances. Use weights too for compound exercises to the beat of your favorite music at the background. Secondly, major in squats and deadlifts. Ensure that for each squat, your body goes all the way down for maximal stimulation of butt muscles and hips.

Thirdly, increase your strength training to correspond with weight and muscle gain.
