Weight loss, Look yourself in the mirror every day and tell yourself you are beautiful at every size
- I to feel trapped in a “fatsuit”

- I used to feel depressed and self-conscious

- I used to feel hopeless that I would never be able to get to a healthy weight range

- I used to cry all the time and secret eat so I wouldn’t have to explain myself to others

After trying everything and yo-yo-ing 3 times, I finally was able to find something sustainable and lost 70 lbs last year.

5’6 - 27 years old - and 70 lbs down and counting


Here are my 2 biggest tips!
- KEEP TRYING, never give up hope
- The more you try, the more you will fail and every time you fail you will learn a lesson and be closer to the answer. As I always say, FAIL FORWARD!!!
- Look yourself in the mirror every day and tell yourself you are beautiful at every size, that you are worth it, that you are capable, that you are strong and that you are passionate
- Focus on your mindset, do some visualization and give yourself permission to BELIEVE that it’s possible to lose weight. Then you won’t be trapped with feeling like you’ll be overweight forever!
- Keep a journal, write down good days AND bad days to get your thoughts out instead of bottling them up!!
- Think positive thoughts.
- You are beautiful
- It ALL starts with your mind!
