Weight loss, don’t let the number on the scale ruin your physical and mental progress
WE ARE MORE THAN A NUMBER ON THE SCALE‼️

To be completely honest with you I never weigh myself now but it wasn’t always like that. In fact, I used to weigh myself (obsess) every single day and was always confused at the result I would see.

The thing is, if your goal is to grow a little muscle and lose a few inches, then weighing yourself is a waste of time because it is not an accurate measure of your progress. I always advise to take measurements and/or progress pics as this will be a much better indicator as to where you may be losing or growing.


If your only goal is to lose body fat without muscle growth then use the scale once a week at the same time on the same day. There really is no need to weigh yourself every day as this can mess with your state of mind and motivation.

The scales DO NOT measure how beautiful and amazing you are! You work hard, don’t let the number on the scale ruin your physical and mental progress 🙌🏻
It’s just a number...
