Weight loss, The secret: keep going
But also, my friend: find what is actually sustainable for you l o n g t e r m.

Instead of thinking about what trendy new diet you want to try next...

Think about what kind of diet you can realistically stick to and fits into your life.

Instead of repeating extreme workouts that you hate...

Consider what kinds of workouts you can maintain well into the future.

Instead of sacrificing your mental health for the sake of losing a few (or even a lot of) pounds...

Understand that this is a journey that should be enjoyed. It should help you grow, evolve, and become a better version of yourself. Not the other way around.


You don’t have to go super fast. In fact, it would be better if you didn’t.

It’s a process.

Commit to it.

Figure out an approach to fitness and nutrition that you actually like to some degree (A CONCEPT, right?!).

And then STICK WITH IT.

Adjust and try new things when needed, but don’t you fucking quit. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a lifestyle. You got this. 🙌🏻
