You do not have to starve yourself to lose weight

1- quit drinking my calories. I only drink water and soda water.
2 -I stopped eating processed foods. Other than rice and protein bars if it comes in a box I don’t eat it.
3 - focused heavily on lean meats and vegetables and only carbs such as potatoes, rice and corn.
4 - exercised for my cardiovascular heath and to build muscle to be stronger
5 - worked hard on my mindset and told myself food would not control me. I told myself food was not worth my health multiple times a day.



6️ - it was not a race, I was not worried about how fast I could get the weight off. Rather that I was giving my body what it needed to live a long healthy life.
Once you realize that you are changing your lifestyle for your health and that weight loss is just a side effect you will have a lot more success ❤️
