Weight loss, Don’t compare your losses to others
I only dreamt of wearing something so fitted. I worked to make my dream a reality, it was hard but so dam worth it.

You can & will do this. Wake up and think positive thoughts. You Can achieve absolutely anything you want, no dream is to big.

It’s more than a diet it’s a life style change, it’s creating new habits and remaining consistent with them, there is not a quick fix


Take measurements you might not be losing lb’s every week but you’ll be losing inches .

Don’t compare your losses to others. Everybody losses lb’s at different rates. I personally never lost more than 2 lbs a week and managed 6 stone in 11 months that way! It will happen, hang on in there.
