Weight loss, I exercise, I eat moderately well, I don't deprive myself of anything

When I play the comparison game, I lose everytime. I'm learning to accept that they'll al Weight loss, I exercise, I eat moderately well, I don't deprive myself of anythingways be someone more muscular than me. There will always be someone more younger, leaner and fit than me. There are lots of people that inspire me. I exercise, I eat moderately well, I don't deprive myself of anything. I focus on being the best version of me. There is only one you. You have a choice. You could spend your time worrying about why you don't look like the women you follow on social media or in magazines.

You can overthink and criticize everything you don't like about your body. Or, you can stop the comparison game and focus on becoming the best version of you, whatever that looks like. I used to cringe at the thought of dressing up and having to go out for over the last 20+ years. But by the encouragement of my daughter and best friend, I went ahead and bought myself to celebrate my 100 pounds gone forever, my 1st form fitting dress. Love the skin you're in. My school's Gala Ball then to now!
