Weight loss, 315 lbs ➡️ 185 lbs (ish)
I’ve worked hard for these results. I wish I could say it’s been easy but it hasn’t.

Consistency and not giving up when I fall off the wagon has been key to my success. Don’t ever give up because you fall off track! Get back up and keep pushing💪

I’ve lost a total of 130 lbs though diet and exercise. I’ve had my ups and downs throughout my weight loss journey, but those struggles are what have molded me into the person I am today.


It’s not impossible. If I can make this change, trust me, you can too! You need to set your goals, get your mind straight and keep pushing forward no matter what!

Just know that “healthy eating” is not one way fits all. You need to find what works for you. Everyone is different. Don’t compare yourself to others. If you’re not healthy with your results at the moment, try to incorporate intermittent fasting, extended fasting, working out, carb cycling, dairy free, etc.

No matter what you decide, keep a health mentality vs diet mentality 💯
