Beginners Bodybuilding Workout :

Congratulations! You've finally decided to build muscles and lose fat. If you are a beginner, hitting the gym can be a bit daunting. But don't you worry, even professional bodybuilders became beginners early in their career. They would not have been where they are now, had they not started early on.

A beginners bodybuilding workout should not be very difficult, it should take into account the present situation of your body, your goals as well as your schedule and your time. A typical beginners bodybuilding workout consists of three days a week routine. Both males and females can use this.


Do not start with heavy weights right away. You will just injure yourself that way. What you need to do is to get a feel of your muscles and how they react to the strain of lifting weights. Experiment with various weights and do not let your routine become no more than a routine. The key here is to keep shocking your body so that it will develop muscles and you will lose fat!
