1 - I’ve been trying out Symmetric Strength for progress tracking, and I really like how they deal with strength standards and balancing


2 - Strong is outstanding. I haven't tried too many others but Strong is easy to use and very flexible. I swore by notebook and pen for many years but Strong got me to switch. One less thing to carry when i travel was the final tipping point to switch.

3 - Start by using every machine in the gym
Three sets 10 reps ten second rests. The rest will fall in place
