The world’s biggest female bodybuilders hail from Birmingham, Alabama. They compete in shows such as L.A. Muscle Mania. In the L.A. competition, Nina Garcia won the overall title in 2017 and 2018, while Regine Velasquez took home the title in 2019. In all, Garcia and Velasquez have racked up 58 total professional wins and have over 20 amateur victories.
Barbara Sterritt, one of the world\'s most renowned bodybuilders, is the first person to complete seven consecutive Ms. Olympia titles, and the only one to hold the title for three consecutive years. Sterritt started lifting at the age of nine, and by the age of 15, she had already won her first Ms. Olympia title.
The biggest female bodybuilders in the world are no longer concerned with lifting the bar high and keeping up with the rest of the world. They are more concerned about the size of their muscles and how many in the audience notice them.
