Keep going and take an action step today towards your weight loss
Hi All,  Menopause has knocked me for six this last year. I put on so much weight. I was downright depressed about the shape of my body. I'm finally noticing results with intermittent fasting . Current shot is me on the left. My goal is to be an athletic Australian size 12. I was a size 22.  I'm currently a size 18. I notice when I eat protein and avacado I don't have cravings to eat more. My weight was 116 kgs (255 lbs). I am now 107kgs (235lbs )

I don't follow the programme as strictly now, but I just keep to the rule of eating two meals a day whether it's breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner and my body seems to continue to burn fat. I'm also walking each day and have started using dumbbells in my lounge room.  I don't mind that I'm losing my weight slowly. If I can see losses each month I'm happy. I've achieved this  weight loss in about 5 months.



My advice is run your own race and don't compare yourself to someone else's genetics. Just do little action steps towards your goal. I also recommend measuring your waist, hips and bust on occasion, to see the inches you are losing. Don't make yourself a slave of the scale. Keep going and take an action step today towards your weight loss. You can achieve your goal with the right mindset👍🏽💫🕺🏻
