At 290 pounds I never wanted to be seen. I never wanted to leave the house. If I did I always wore a hat and like all black so I didn't bring attention to myself. I never wanted to run into anyone I knew. The feeling I felt when I was at my heaviest weight I never want to feel again. I never felt good enough. I was ashamed of my body.


What a lie, yall. We are all good enough regardless of our weight. I challenge you to look into the cause of your eating habits. Usually it has everything to do with the struggles we keep hidden deep down in our hearts. Once you find love for yourself again, getting to where you want to be will be possible.
