Female Figure Competition - Tips on How to Train and Compete (Part 2) :

Do not train beyond your limits. Putting yourself into too much pressure can make you weak. Although training hard is needed, be careful not to go beyond your limits.

Watch your diet. All the training you need for the competition will not give you good results if you end up being too bony, being too fat or too tired during the competition, thus make sure you also have a balanced and healthy diet. You have to supply your body with carbohydrates to maintain your energy level. Enough proteins and water is also needed for your body if you are training for female figure competition. Protein helps you develop your muscles and tone them into what you aim for. Having enough water will prevent you from being dehydrated and of course, will help your body function well.

When you are in a female figure competition, it is also important to practice and master stage presence. Of course, you will be judged while you are on stage and you have to make sure you know how to flaunt the best assets you have. Your posing, your smile, and even your walking should also be considered as part of the total package, thus spend time to learn these as well.

Get a trainer that is an expert on female figure competition, as this can be a little different from men's figure competition or bodybuilding contests.
