PROGRESS. Here is my progress, for the people saying that my weight loss is fake, but more for myself, no it was not.

No, I didn’t post pictures along the road because I never wanted to be seen like that and I wasn’t ready to ever admit that I did.

I worked hard for my health and my happiness with my body, and the journey isn’t quite over yet. Nothing is too difficult if you put your mind to it.

Wanting to quit every step of the way and finding a reason not to that’s the mental fortitude required for change and personal success! So feel free to ASK me questions, don’t question me.


I did this, and I have one last big step to conquer.

When you are driven enough, every obstacle in front of you will get crushed. You don’t need motivational quotes for that. Don’t wait around for a motivational miracle to happen. Just start.

Figure shit out on your own. It’s your story, your timeline.

Make sure you save every picture of yourself too. After a few months go back to see the results of your hard work. You vs. you always
