Weight loss 333.3 Lbs to 150.5 Lbs
Can’t believe it’s that time again! Please excuse the wet hair, it’s not grease 😂

Even though I’m smiling on the left, I was so self conscious as you can probably tell from my body language! I felt so out of place and that everyone was staring at me. Why did I care?! I’d never see those people again and I shouldn’t have given a flying monkey’s what they thought of me. I was on holiday and I’d paid for the privilege!!


Losing weight has given me so much more confidence. But truthfully I still have my down days!

Everyone has their insecurities no matter what their size so please try not to compare yourself to others!!

Everyone is on their own path and at different stages, you just have to take it one day at a time 🌈💕🍍

Our bodies can look totally different at the same number. Focus on your journey and what healthy looks like to YOU until you get the results you’re looking for.

151.2kgs to 68.3kgs. Literally mind blown, I never expected to get this low. (333.3lbs to 150.5lb.) From a size 26 to a size 10 (even have a few 8’s!!!!) Been an incredible journey and I wouldn’t change a thing. ❤️
