Meet Stephanie Kincaid – New Jersey muscle mom, female bodybuilder, restaurant waitress and the epitome of what realfemalebodybuilding.com is all about.

The 36-year-old natural bodybuilder holds down a full-time job in a busy restaurant, brings up her 12-year-old son, AND manages to train six days a week to achieve he bodybuilding dream.

We think she's inspirational.

Stephanie has been training for almost four years and already has one Physique competition under her belt - she placed third in the ANBF New Jersey Natural Pro/Am Classic in May 2013.

But now Stephanie wants to step up from the physique category to full-blooded female bodybuilding. She says she is determined to get huge and take to the stage in the Women's Bodybuilding class.

And, despite Stephanie's busy lifestyle and the many pressures on her time, few would doubt Stephanie has the fierce drive and relentless passion necessary to become an elite bodybuilder.

She told femalebodybuilders24.com : “I have competed as a natural Physique girl but my dream is to get big enough to be able to compete as a full on female bodybuilder.

“I love building muscle and I love being strong and I know I will succeed in my goal.

“I train incredibly hard six days a week – because that is the only way to pack on muscle. Legs are my favorite. I go very hard on legs. Its the only time I bring myself to that point where I almost vomit or pass out! That is where bodybuilding is at its finest.”
