I feel like a butter ball huffing and puffing! Encouragement for weight loss
Try Macro counting- narrows down how many carbs, fats and proteins you should consume equivalent to your daily actives and goals. This really works and teaches you to take a closer look at exactly what your eating when your not counting macros to make you more aware of eating hobbits. Also, getting back in the groove of things is ALWAYS hard, but it does get easier trust me! Just keep pushing and maybe listen to some motivational speeches on youtube while your workout, these work ALOT for me and really get me pumped about positivity and commitment.


Try throwing is some lifting cardio while working out..Kicks the heart rate up and down which is great for weight loss and conditioning. Attached is an example of a new program ive started, and its kicking my ass! Im def not new to the gym world but im changing up the way I program things and I can definitely tell the difference. I am on wk 3 almost 4 and can already tell the difference in my conditioning level and strength.
