Final challenge photos... I needed this challenge so badly! It was that thing that kicked me in the pants, physically and mentally. I sit for hours at a time working at a table in my home and it seems that the bigger my projects get, the bigger my booty gets. I joined a 24 hour key gym with my son and it has been the best thing for us! We go, we lift, we conquer! I have enjoyed the positivity of the All Access Challenge group on here and on Instagram and BodySpace. There is so much inspiration !
FemaleBodybuilders24.com could make a killer coffee table book with all of the Before and After transformations made in these challenges!
So many of you blow me away. A special shout out to my fit sister Heidi Young who has been working this challenge like a boss and keeps me entertained!....I am genuinely so happy for all of you who have finished, and rooting for the peeps who didn’t finish but will be getting back on track! Tonight I will do a virtual toast to all of you!
