How do you combine lifting and running workouts ?

How do you combine lifting and running workouts ?
Question
I am curious. How do you combine lifting and running workouts (no easy runs).
For example lifting Mon, Wed, Fri and quality running workouts Tue, Thur, Saturday.
Or alternating hard and easy days?

I dont do that many quality runs when combining, I would say maximum two quality sessions and three lifting days or two lifting days and three quality runs.
Then one of the runs is after leg workout, either progressive speed or hill workout.
Something like
M. rest
T. Short interval
W. Lower body + hills/progressive
T. Easy run
F. Upper body
S. Long run
S. Body weight
Could be doable with three strenght sessions and three quality runs. Maybe
