wouldnt worry about it, if anything i'd be having 75g of casein before bed with milk to boost that up to 100+g as you'll have 7-10 hours of basically starving/fasting when you sleep so this way, your basically putting something in you that takes 7 hours to fully digest being thats its purely casein and you get a nice little iv drip of protein in a way by doing this.


but like Justin mentioned 5g of mucuna puriens/5-8g of Arginine based on (digestive tolerance) anything over 9g risks diarrhea, that was the goto gh boosting trick of some of the bodybuilders who couldnt afford hgh. but yes eating will blunt gh, thus why intermittent fasting is effective, and also why you take hgh on an empty stomach.
